Tour Tariff

With us, you are in charge of your trip and we will put together a trip that you will remember.
Tour package cost is inclusive of the following:
- Royalty (SDF) and taxes to the government (SDF of USD 200 per day is levied as per the Tourism Act of Bhutan. However, this has been reduced to USD 100 per day till August 31, 2027)
- Visa fees
- Entrance fees to various museum and temples
- Accommodation (By regulation tourists are required to stay in govt approved 3 star hotels or above). Rates will be determined based on your choice of hotels.
- Meals ( breakfast, lunch & dinner )
- Licensed English speaking Bhutanese tour guide. Other language guides can be arranged at additional charges.
- Ground transport within Bhutan
- All sightseeing as specified in the itinerary.
- Camping equipment and gear for trekking
- Ponies and pack animals on treks
Cancellations
Tour Programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
- Within 45 days of the start of the tour program is free
- Within 30 days – 15 % of the rate
- Within 21 days- 20% of the rate
- Within 7 days- 30% of the rate
- After arrival in Bhutan : 100%
Delayed Arrivals
There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks. The tourist must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.
Tour payment
Full payment must be transferred to our account in Bhutan prior to issuance of visa.
